Dog home boarding is a much more enjoyable alternative to traditional boarding kennels. Everyone needs a vacation every now and then and we think it's about time your dog had a vacation too!

Shay's individually tailored service means we welcome dogs in our family home where they can enjoy a vacation of their own. In the evening, we like to spoil our doggy guests with extra cuddles by the fire. Each guest is treated as one of our own and we will always go that extra step to ensure that they have a fantastic holiday. We have had some dogs who have refused to go home at the end of their holiday after having so much fun!

Unlike some home boarders we do not have a separate annex or a room that the dogs stay in. The point of home-from-home dog boarding is that they are with us day and evening – dogs are social animals and relish love and attention, and we believe that they should live with us as our own dogs do. In this environment we have found that dogs do not fret about their owner, as long as it is a familiar environment and we give them lots of loving care, exercise, playtime and fun they settle in quite well! :)
